How is NaPro different from other women’s health treatments:

NaPro or Natural Procreative Technology can help women monitor their fertility and fix reproductive problems (such as irregular bleeding, PMS, infertility, endometriosis, polycystic disease) all with a natural, bioidentical, low-cost approach. Working with a NaPro physician, women learn to chart their cervical mucus patterns, which gives them the ability to monitor their gynecologic health and catch problems early. Basically, NaPro-trained physicians work with you to identify and then treat the core issues behind common women’s health issues. When necessary, sometimes specific surgical procedures are used to cure diseases such as endometriosis instead of just masking their symptoms.

After spending her childhood in Baton Rouge, Sarah Chavez attended University of Texas at Houston Medical School. Upon finishing her degree, she returned home and completed her residency at Baton Rouge General in the summer of 2014. Dr. Chavez is a fluent Spanish speaker.
